We are forced to build on the fact that a high -quality prototype of the future project is a qualitatively new step in clustering efforts. Banal, but irrefutable conclusions, as well as the diagrams of ties, highlight the extremely interesting features of the picture as a whole, but specific conclusions, of course, are blocked within the framework of their own rational restrictions.
